Partners Tim Yeadon and Andy Sparks first met in 1988 as they were competing, along with other applicants, for a firefighter position with the Warren Township Fire Department in Indianapolis. Both were successful and hired into the department September 1988. Today, 17 years later, they continue to serve central Indiana, as firefighters and as builders of high quality custom homes.
Tim, a former graduate of Chatard High School, began his career in the home building industry as a framing carpenter. He worked as a framer for a few years before starting his own framing crew in 1985. Over the past 20 years, Tim has framed houses for many custom home builders, as well as, production builders in the Indianapolis area. Andy, a former graduate of Mt. Vernon High School worked for two different builders over the years before finding his niche as a finish trim carpenter and then starting his own remodeling company in 1994. He continued to build and remodel houses in Hancock, Shelby, and Rush counties before establishing Yeadon Sparks Homes, Inc. with Tim in 2003.
The 24 hours on duty, followed by 48 hours off duty work schedule at the Fire Department compliment their ability to focus on customer satisfaction. They strive to build custom dream homes that their customers desire. Hence the tag line “Your Dreams, Our Experience.”
Please browse through the latest projects posted on this site and read testimonials from discriminating clients. It is evident that Tim and Andy put an emphasis on pride in everything that they do. You are also welcome to visit their latest project this summer as they break ground on their new spec home. This beautiful property will be located in the new Stone Ridge subdivision, approximately 1.5 miles north of U.S. 40 just off County Road 200 West, adjacent to Sugar Creek.
